Needed new o-rings for my boom filter cages on my Case ih 3320 sprayer, they are Arag made in Italy filters. So it takes a 62mm x 55mm x 3.5mm o-ring. On Case ih parts online Canada $29.22 for an o-ring, from my local hydraulic supplier, $1.96, beyond words!!!!

Doing maintenance on a Versatile with a Cat T22 powershift transmission. Was going to check the suction screen inside the trans. Should use new o-rings to reseal the cover and the filter to the trans housing... over $100 for the two... why? Because Cat laser prints the part number on them? We'll be exploring our options.
They're a little cheaper right from Versatile but have to add the infamous freight charge which makes them more expensive.
Nuts and they have NO SHAME....

Might be the chemicals but they are definitely stretched, if you’re lucky you can apply a bit of oil on the O rings and slip the canister together. The ones from Case are no better. Usually get a season out of them most of the time and always have 3 or 4 spares in the cab.

Buna-N is resistant to a lot of chemicals?
Viton might be better.
Try some of each.

Feel silly being an old guy buying a tub of Vaseline. Luckily there are self checkouts available.

Exhaust pipe flange broke off on the Magnum. $4000 for a replacement pipe. My son picked a 4" flange from Parts For Tucks, welded it in, and was back up and running for $50. Really getting irritated by these crooks.
