      This is more about weakness in U.S. dollar. Trump is tanking U.S. economy.

        6 trillion US bonds rolling over...and nobody wants to reinvest into them unless a higher interest rate is bid. as a result everyone is selling US dollars and buying domestic currency. Its definitely not because the Can dollar is strong...

          Strength and weakness are relative terms.

          CAD has been strengthening relative to the USD.
