That should have nothing to do with it. Modern treatments need the beetle to eat now die later as I understand it,

Yes it was invigor and yes touched by frost 3 times in a week but the pc 340 has been good to us. But its a good stand I guess thats why the bugs showed up. We will see how the Dekalb brands stand up.

It certainly was convincing to one poster on Agriville, as he bragged about passing up $25.00/bu in 2022 and wagering the farm on it.

Ya beetles love frost damaged / stressed canola regardless of treatment.
when the plants stop growing so does the activity in the treatment for a time before regrowth kicks in again .
we use 2L/ac alpine with bug juice in those situations to perk it up and give it a quicker restart

If it doesn’t rain soon I’m hoping Cargill will pickup my next target at $740, could blow right thru that target if we don’t see rain in the next 10 days. We’re still waiting for our first rain since the snow melted.
