Some areas for sure. We however are good till June. Maybe mid June. Guy with a water cannon told me it wasn’t working because the ground was so wet he was just moving one slough to a different spot.

We are starting to get dry on the surface here east of Edmonton as well. Thanks to snow fall, the water cannons have been busy, but now when it would be useful, nada. Snow is really useless other than to fill dugouts. There is some reserve so now it is a matter of getting the crop started so it can root down.

Hmmm, we are bright red on that map and it’s finally getting dry enough to start next week.

Looks like a few mm for tomm, mostly south.Lots of fires popping up with not much new growth yet in the grass. Some BTO here going 24/7, not sure what the rush is, some just like to finish so they can get their cabins opened up.Tough life.

                  And suddenly, it's mid July!

Hot and windy is in there for my least favorite weather.

One tenth last night. Had to make a run into Moose Jaw. They had a good rain. Seeders all sitting still at mid afternoon .
