Only Western Separation will put a stop to this nonsense. Reciprocal tariffs on our Ag Commodities from China so the East can build electric cars and have 100% tariffs on Chinese cars coming here? Those transfer payments to Quebec? WTF? $20 billion is all we need to meet the 2% NATO commitment right now. How about give Quebec $0. Equalization program must be canned. I would say I think we have all had enough of the abusive relationship with the east. Canadian Federal election results can determined before the votes are counted and local poll results are known in Western Canada.... unless it's a neck and neck horse race when all is known in the east. So, no one should be surprised about the Liberal announcement of the Quebec "bribe" to vote accordingly.

I have no problem with some system of temporary support. Long term support skews the flow of labor and capital at the least. The best support for NL was a booming economy elsewhere.
