Maybe on the nearby chart? Don't see it in the current contract months.

Very adept, good on you for taking the high road and offering helpful information to those that can use it.

With China taking another 468,929 mt of canola in April -- Fully taking advantage of the price break It was responsible for (as suggested earlier in this post)? -- they remain the top destination by far for canola seed in 2025...

There is a misprint in the title - it should be (in mt), not (in 1,000 mt).

I’m surprised, though the Americans bought more canola from us than what’s shown in the graph.

I think we actually import more from them than we export to them now. I’ll dig that up next week out of curiosity and share it.

That would be the difference between whole seed and oil/meal

You cannot make that statement without knowing when the sales were executed. There were sales made in August, 2024 and shipped in April, 2025, according to two traders responsible for over 40% of the canola exports to China during April. Very few sales are made and exported in a 4 to 8 week window and a three month timeframe is optimum.

Further evidence for the need of a reporting program when sales are made 9 months prior to execution.

It certainly does get under your skin when someone puts useful information out there.

I’m sure some might have been interested in knowing that in the first 4 months, China took over twice the 2nd place Japan or how insignificant the U.S. is for a seed destination for example.

But if it makes you feel better, you be you.
