One has to wonder just how vulnerable Canada is. After all Bill C 293 (which may or may not be prorogued as a private members bill) contains serious elements which could undermine Charter rights. This bill was unanimously supported by the LNDP who are now crying out for Canada to remain sovereign! Western Canada is sensitized to policies which create an unfair balance: equalization, carbon tax as primary examples. Quebec has national intent again. We have the WEF and now the USA in the dialogue of our nation now, so at the end of the day, Canada will be hard pressed to ignore exploring Constitutional reform of a sort within or outside of our borders.

Eastern Canada has not been a very good friend to Western Canadian agriculture. Or oil, gas or mining. They have been trying to shut us down for a long time like being married to someone who only brings you down. If that doesn’t change real quick, we either have to separate or join the US. Par dollar would be awesome. So would being part of the US farm programs. Farming would be a lot easier. Plastic straws at the drive thru and plastic bags at Target. Put the brakes on immigration and start mass deportations. Honestly, it doesn’t get any better than that.
