We have now had more rain this spring than all last year. Ponding on some fields, seeding has come to a halt at about 50% done. The moisture is needed to replenish subsoil. Could push harvest later.

It’s weather I am thankful for. Went from super dry thinking I’d have to feed cows till June first to give grass a chance to earliest grass growth in years.

Exactly. It’s like some think they’re owed a perfect season every year and that if we just stop emitting that horrible CO2 we can have climate utopia. Bunch of dreamers and idealists making themselves crazy by looking for perfection and dragging everyone else down with them.Originally posted by fjlip View PostWet cold, warm dry, been doing that since day ONE. Spend BILLIONS and see if HUMANS can change the weather/climate! I dare you make it rain or make it dry....with a tax

I had to google that one as I thought she was meaning Sea Change.
“sea change” originated in Shakespeare's play “The Tempest,” which was written about 1610.Feb 10, 2020.
"denotes a substantial change in perspective"
Describes the situation well for most.
