Listening to the conference call...Gerry and the family is gone out of the business....management team stays in place....Investors are asking if the purchase is smart as there is concern about "Peak Ag Cycle"....yah it's peak AG. Linamar is big business.....$640 million sales price is a big chunk to pay Ottawa Tax Justine...kinda sad to see them go...the family won't be able to spend all that money .....congrats to them...they have worked super hard for 50 years...for those left it will be purely a numbers game now going forward at St. Brieux...
