PentaManitoba, you don't need to join FNA to purchase or import Clearout. I have several neighbours that do their own OUI purchases. Just start phoning south of you. Hopefully you won't have to go as far as Grand Forks ND. I'm sure you can purchase it further north. Most of it coming in here comes from Minot, ND.

Last year I bought mine from a guy at Sherwood, ND. My understanding of this post http://www.agri-ville.com/cgi-bin/forums/viewThread.cgi?1169074193 is that FNA bought all of the Clearout in USA. The guy I bought from thought that FNA was trying to tie it up so he wouldn't have acess to it.

There are likely other options than just Clearout. Maybe FNA determined based on growth in the business that they would need larger volumes this year. Maybe they get a better deal by buying bigger quantites. The OUI program provides it's own policing by operating in an open environment. If FNA is out of line there are other options. We seemed so concerned that someone is making money off our backs. Lets quit speculating and go to the source if you have a problem.

Last year one of the generics was selling cheaper than Clearout, stateside. Problem was PMRA wouldn't allow it across the border. My thought is, if in fact FNA has bought up all the Clearout in the States, then it should be easy for M to put the squeeze on them(FNA). I'm looken for relatively cheap glyophsate this spring.
