    Cargill to build 4 large ethanol plants

    It was announced that Cargill will build 4 new ethanol plants. This is interesting from the perspective that Cargill was orginally reluctant to invest in ethanol. The second is whether this is considered new production and will increase the total of both the proposed plants and the amount of corn used.

      New processing capacity. Interesting comment on a teleconference is that the US is close to hitting its 10 % ethanol mandate with current stuff build, being built and in planning.
