      I heard everything was called off after the CWB filed the court case in Federal Court.

              According to yesterday's House of Commons webpage agenda:

              "Order in Council appointment of Bruce Johnson to the position of Director of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Wheat Board"

              "Order in Council appointment of Ken Motiuk to the position of Director of the Board of Directors of The Canadian Wheat Board"

              Did the appointments take place as scheduled?
