Incognito, Hansard is a hard read, but the way I read it, the Bloc supported the consevatives, and the cwb was put back in the accountability act.

But, the way hansard reads I wasn't sure, so I phoned someone who should know and they told me that the cwb did indeed get put back into the Accountability Act.

But what I don't know is, can the Liberal Senators take it back out again or not? I suspect they can but I don't know.

But obviously the Liberals have something to hide here. The NDP asked Wayne Easter if the Liberals would support the Accounability Act if the CWB provision was removed, everything else stays but the cwb gets removed and Easter thought they probably would.

COnvention has it on the second time around the Senators are not supposed to remove anything from the Act.

Tom, can the Senate ignore convention and just keep fiddling with the Accounability Act?

If there is alot of Liberal sleaze concealed inside the CWB, they'll pull out all the stops to protect the Liberal Party don't you think?
