    Conservatives Ask for CWB Plebiscite

    Manitoba Progressive Conservative leader Hugh Mcfayden is calling on Ottawa for a vote on the CWB question< before any changes are made. While he supports market choice, he feels grain growers should have the say in what marketing choice they have. Gee just that small difference in one word progressive.

      Maybe we should have a vote,it can be a weighted vote,according to the amount wheat,barley,durum each indavidual grows,wouldn't that be fair and equitable?
