    Was this in commitee Agstar77?

    Did they propose wording?
    Who is eligable?
    Who conducts the plebicite?
    What constitues a "win"

The Canola Vote in the 70's a 67% super majority was required in order for the CWB to have exlusive jurisdiction of Canola.

    just curious

In parliament yesterday, I thought you would know the details I don't. I don't watch the House tv.

I looked at the Liberal website and there is no mention of a motion to have a vote in Parliament. All they seem to have done was criticize the government for not having a plebiscite.
