      I believe the US just expanded the borrowing ceiling to just under $9 trillion this week. Indiana just leased a toll freeway to AU and Spanish interests for some $3.7 billion... a 150 mile stretch for $32 on a 5 axle.

      THe UAE is selling all of it's Port interests back to US companies.

      Manufacturing capacity was up .7% last month... traveling 6000km in the US the last couple of weeks shows a good infrastructure of roads... that are well maintained.
