      Are you're sources reliable? Federated's pocket's are deep, but do they want to get into the grain industry? Federated is a very financially sound orangization. Why would they take on this kind of risk?

          Are they not in the farm input business? If I am right about that then maybe that is their idea to be buying market share. Just a thought.
