Slow harvest hs spot barley bids in Edmonton and $2.70 in Begerville.

Slow harvest has prices all over the place. Dry feed wheat $3.67 up and down highway 2.

We lucked out on early new crop feed barley near Regina. It's in the bin. Good yields and >52 lbs for Dolly. Local elevators are offering $1.50 delivered. I have a tridem (32 tonne payload). At $2.60 bu. in NE Alberta, my truck would gross $3.00 per running mile to haul to Edmonton. I could spend the winter doing that. Who do I call?
