Agriville website maintenance & changes night of Nov 1

    Hi everyone,

This week we are upgrading the Agriville.com website. We are improving the technology we use to keep current with the changing tech and web security requirements.

The upgraded website will look a bit different but will still have the same features as the current website.

    - On the forum and thread pages the menus and buttons will look different.
    - Mobile website will be an improvement for typing and posting messages.
    - Private messaging got an upgrade and will have more features.
    - Subscribing to threads (ie. getting thread notifications sent to you) got an upgrade.

The upgrade will happen at night on Nov 1st. Agriville.com will be shut down on Nov 1st at 6pm CST until the morning.

    Thanks,
    Nicole and the Farms.com & Agriville.com team.

Are you aware of the non-functioning buttons in the editing menu. Such as the quote button and the links button?

You cannot post a live link because we do not want links posted from malicious websites. When a link is posted we cannot verify that it is safe so we've turned off the Link button.

The quote button should be fixed in the upgrade later this week.

This video has a sneak peek of what the changes will look like:

Maybe you should start by reminding posters to keep to the appropriate forums. Apparently you have given up trying to enforce those guidelines. If that is a policy change please tell us, it is your decision .

Reminder that tonight we are doing maintenance on Agriville.com and the website will be down for the night. It will be back online tomorrow morning.

After the upgrade Agriville.com will look a bit different but will work the same.

On the upgraded website you can still use your existing username and password to login and post messages.

Probably why it's very slow to load last 3 days...

But did they just cut off the weeds that were growing above ground or dig out the entire root structure and permanently banish him and his multiple aliases back to the children's forum with Chuck?

As a infequent user and viewer nowadays best of luck with upgrade might bring a few back who have been driven away.

Incessant trolling/lecturing has replaced "good" intelligent debate. And random nastiness as well.

Maybe a new forum called trolling??

Improvement to adding photos would be nice as well
