    Triticale -

    Hello,

Does anyone have any triticale on their farm?

    Old or new crop?

    Thanks

You have a market? It’s a good crop option but with little market.

My brother grew it 2 or 3 years and was always disappointed in the grain yield. Not bad as green feed.

              Hey Louise
No Triticale but do you buy Rye?
I had an Uncle pass away and he has a couple bins of Rye on his farm that will have to be sold.
One bin has some grain in it but I am not sure what it is. Starting to think it’s Triticale. It kind of looks like the size and shape of rye but the color of wheat.

Hi there - I can for sure find you prices for either of those crops. Prolly best to drop off samples. What is your closest town?

                Thanks!
