Wonderful to see all that N2 coming down with the showers... from all the that lightning! Many times have seen plants turn 4 shades darker green... the day after a big electrical storm!

    Easter Blessings!

Lightning heats air to 50,000 degrees!

We need to study how to better harvest Nitrogen from rain storms and static electricity! Is this the 'secret' behind the folks injecting diesel engine exhaust into the seed bed during seeding? Apply that urea and nitrous oxides into the soil... !

      Cheers

Doesn't smell like spring yet ground is covered in snow and it's -14 this morning. There will be no seeding in April for us. Barely see a crow or a goose yet and frogs and robins just a dream still

A big lightning storm seems to end horse fly season some years.

Envioment Canada had some very optimistic forecasts here with Temps in the mid teens and well above freezing at night.
That's all gone now with forecast all below normal.

It’s not foggy here today, for the first time in ages.

Half of Jan was foggy, mid April some sort of moisture may happen. Don’t see much coming, nothing of big significance.

It’s been foggy just about every day since the middle of March here.

Could mean good things for June!

What a wonderful place to farm, seed in April AND October. Harvest twice a year too!

They seed a little ahead of us and harvest until Xmas , I think ? Around 8months to grow a crop
                    Correct me if I’m wrong
