    Grain markets in general

    Winterkill in US.

    Argentina issues?

    Ukraine down by 48%

China opening up which may loosen some of the supply chain issues?

Enough for a sustained rally or not quite enough feed for the bulls be over in a week?

You didn’t mention how big your crop is. Has a lot to do with these sad prices.

Lots of “bullish” news and prices doing nothing.

Could be a big drop coming, spread between Minniapolis and Kansas contracts remain higher than normal. Minniapolis could be vulnerable for a big sell off. Just what we need.

    More money in growing barley.

      Ukraine report today

"The ministry explained that those exports included 8.2 million tons of wheat, with decrease of 48 percent, 1.6 million tons of barley, with a decrease of 69 percent, and 12.2 million tons of corn, with an increase of 18 percent."

Nothing on oilseeds in what I saw.

I have no facts or system to base much on. I'm increasingly careful in mindset.
Hoping we have a typical spring run to load up on 23 sales. Whats scary is ability for size and speed of moves in recent years. I can be sloppy on my CYA plan.

          Winterkill still unknown i guess?

And argie situation about the same.

Australian crop huge and record but gut feel its been over estimated just a tad.

A question does the USA drought monitor over estimate the drought severity or underestimate or about right.

My friends in eastern montana reckon its not worth the paper its written on.

What was overall quality of the wheat crop in Australia? Your area seems ok ?
Eastern Australia must have majority feed wheat with quality issues ?

Protein has little to no value here at present.
Lots of 14+ due to accumulated nitrogen from previous year.
Record high nitrogen price but no pay for the added protein.

What do they offer for premiums there?

H1 premium high protein H2 next grade down then APW the ASW then GP the Fed or feed wheat.

Bar1 is feed barley other grades malts

basically take of $30 to get my on Farm prices

                    basis varies elevator to elevator.

Buyers getting thin on the ground at moment only 18 operating yesterday for all commodities at local elevator. Ebbs and flows some days around 35 operating

PS MG means multigrade contract rarely used during harvest

Here is the US Drought Monitor (from RFDTV) since they began records:

The US winter wheat crop is in dormancy, so until spring little weather effect…

Big rain system for California over the next week, 4-10”…

42 million tonne of wheat she's a biggy here in oz.

                            R for record.

Shipping slots full and shortage of extra boats.

will be a carry over that rarely happens single desk days it did but that was due to incompetence

barleys huge canola huge lentils record
