Haven't noticed that.
What are your issues.
Since being hacked 2 years ago I have a credit card go bad once a year.
I try not to store passwords in systems as much as is practical.
I've placed port blocking on my cell number.
Well known phishing scams are regular.
But yes, since the invasion my compromised email account has had a marked increase in junk mostly with Eastern European names.

Just read some articles about Chinese election interference and cloaked police stations for expat coercion, in Canada.
Everything is suspicious.
