C02 in a gallon of diesel

Did you know, Lieberals must, a 7.2 lb. US gallon of diesel emits 22.44 lbs of C02?

    Magic happens....

The transportation industry is responsible for emitting significant amounts of carbon dioxide (CO2) into the atmosphere each year, and diesel fuel is still one of the most important transportation fuels…

I've had the same questions but apparently when the carbon atoms combine with 2 oxygen atoms the product CO2 is 3 times as heavy as the carbon fuel. The real story is that CO2 is the gas of life. All photosynthesis depends on it and almost all life on earth depends on photosynthesis.

Yes, that's not magic, it's chemistry.

The magic happens after the CO2 gets into the atmosphere.

CO2's properties and capabilities are nothing short of magical, but only the man made stuff.

It can not only cause warming and drought, but is also responsible for cooling and floods. It is completely responsible for islands shrinking and sinking, even when they grow, and for sea ice shrinking even while it is growing. It can cause polar bear and penguin populations to collapse even while they are expanding. It can result in coral reefs dying even while they are growing healthier.

It causes war and famine and pandemics and hurricanes and tornadoes and typhoons and heart attacks and died suddenly and fires and earthquakes and plagues.

It is even causing Albatross's to get divorced.

        Now that is real magic.

And of course, the most magical part about co2, is convincing gullible people to believe blatantly contradictory claims about its magical powers.

Natural gas is even worse. None of it can be actually weighed.

Just remember h20 is the number 1 greenhouse gas.
When they were dreaming up the wealthtransfer scam they went with carbon because they thought too many people would figure out water.

Further, injection of water vapour at between 30-40,000 feet… is really unnatural and climate distorting.

Therefore Aircraft dumping millions of tons of water vapour at high altitudes is the number one distortion of our climate by humanity.

Yet no one will even discuss mitigation of this issue.

Combustion at this altitude is crazy.

Fyi, hurricane cloud tops can reach 9 miles high (14.5 km).

                40,000 feet about 7.5 km

I would think lots of water vapour in those clouds.

I have to believe that jet aircraft have a minimal effect on our atmosphere. Animal life on earth (including humans) is supported by 3 feet of dirt on the 30% of the earth that isn't water. The atmosphere is at least 10 miles deep over the whole earth surface. The volume of the atmosphere seriously dilutes the influence of peoplekind's activities. There is an old saw I mostly subscribe to. "The solution to pollution is dilution."
