250k seems very high. I don’t think even an x9 would depreciate that much in a season. 300-350 a rotor hour would be normal for a newish machine. Around 100k per season.

Yes, some in the East side have had three in a row for prices if they didn't sell at the beginning of the run-up till June and then didn't contract.
