    Wheat price comparison

I priced 300t or 11,000 bushels of lower grade wheat.

No minimum protein thought it had to be minimum of 10.5% but no minimum.

Next grade up has to be min 10.5%

As each paddock is harvested protien usually known after first 20t

$10.88 per bushel Australian dollar destined for feed mill.

If Australia wet harvest comes to fruition protien will we washed out and low.

Pricing is actually higher than export bread quality wheats just.

Could be gone by mid next week once they accumulate tonnes.

Potentially huge rains for oz over next two weeks

We have all the major multi nationals operating as well as a myriad of small buyers plus merchants.

34 buyers at local elevator thus far registered for 22 harvest.

I try hard to sell out side centralised system for premiums.

But out of the it players ADM leaders by far at the moment and Cargill holey hell there behind obviously not in the market just yet $40 behind.

Probably accumulating in Northern hemisphere at moment

Big rain coming mostly this Wednesday with follow up a few days later.

Almost all southern crop regions going to get it.

Dare I say it baring a frost event Australia’s crop could well be biggest in history

Russia has it but the market doesn’t want it
The EU doesn’t have it but the market wants it
Ukraine has it but the market cannot get it
The US stores it but VSR wont release it
Australia has too much but is too far away
Argentina grows it but the gov. controls it.

Not sure where Canada fits in.

Ideal harvest conditions for wheat here in Alberta… looks pretty nice… most wheat will be harvested by the end of the week! Very early for us! 110% of average… surprised at the yield! The fertility left over from last year kicked in…

                Blessings and Salutations
