I saw that , put stuff away, but it went north and east luckily. Saw 2 parallel lighting bolts side by side twins and they burned 4 or 5 seconds continuously.

Piss all in the system but we have wind. Yellow now means piss all on Radar. I guess the next one is red to go get excited. One month since the last system seems like an eternity.

1.25 inches here this morning brings us to 2+inches this week with another inch in tomorrows forecast. Friday and Saturdays heat and winds were brutal so crops loving todays rain. Some canola in the area seeded late April bolting with a few flowers showing and looking decent. Fungicides will be going on strong shortly on pulses. Weed spraying has been challenging to say the least. Some strip edges for grasshopper control. Grassland showing some huge gopher populations in some areas

Funny thing we’ve been wetter than lashburn and lloydminster west. The hills are wet maybe due for a 1/10 year bumper crop. Lol.

What about cattle or domestic animals that get hit by a hail stone that size?

Agreed , Lashburn typically epicentre of most summer rain the past 20 years
Systems always seem to crisscross there from all directions
