      Pretty widespread rain event for next week. Can NE Sk and parts of MB take 2+ inches of rain?

          We went from 71mm in the forecast yesterday, today the forecast has dropped to 34mm. Hoping that we get something.

                      NOAA is one of the best funded scientific organizations on the planet. Doesnt inspire confidence.
