Helmsdale have you received any rain yet? Radar looked promising. Anybody getting rain from this? Certainly cloudy and cool.

Think yesterday and today were at .07" so far. Have heard hanna which was dreadfully dry pulled 1/2" yesterday, and looks like it came down good all night. Medicine hat, also dreadfully dry around an inch? It hasn't seemed to want to push further east yet. Perhaps today is our lucky day.

A guy has to go out and spray something really expensive. That usually brings the rain to a field. I went with Select and Matador - only got a light shower. But better than nothing.

Seeding potholes today , rule of thumb rain in 4-5 days . Hopefully enough to make this a waste of time lol .

Should get all our pot holes and wet spots done today, last field will get a special blend of my trial leftovers. My kids say I’m wasting my time doing all the wet spots and pot holes, because they’re just going to flood out again, but I see it as a sacrifice for the rain gods, not that we need the rain yet but after last year I will take whatever is delivered. We have some big time rain in the forecast but will probably be a dud, Drew didn’t make much of it on his report today.

We have 8/10 of an inch since Saturday night here in our neck of the woods. Very nice to see , and hoping it don't stop till the rain gage is full. Ha ! This area would soak it up , no problem.
We were at a baseball tournament out in Crowsnest Pass on the weekend, and honestly we didn't see too much green grass in the ditches anywhere from Bow Island (sure dry in that area) until Pincher Creek , but when we left on Saturday we hit rain off an on all the way home , so that was good.

Hope we get some more in the next few days, take care all!
