    Russia Europe Asia in timeline

You think WAR is rare? Hell it's been happening forever. We have had a 70 year lull.

    Millions have died for LAND/territory/envy/greed.

Humans by nature are tribal creatures.
Note that as late as 1787 only one small region of the world was not ruled by a monarchy. It's survival to today is what's miraculous.

Well, that was more educational than encouraging.

And it didn't even cover the smaller skirmishes that were a constant in Western Europe.

In a reflection of whose military prevailed in their regions at the moment about 200 years ago, my ancestory may have spoken either French or German. 😂

Whatever became of "Peace on Earth to men of Goodwill"?

There was NO Poland for 123 years, ancestors born in Austria then, the Ukraine today. Must be NO pure any blood with all the Raping/pillaging.

Realize there has NEVER been a peace as long as till now.

Caught an APTN documentary, the Russians fought west coast natives for decades, and in Alaska. And all tribes KILLED each other. That is the norm.

It has been calculated that in the last 3500 years , there have been just 230 years of peace throughout the civilized world.

Now we have to resign to the fact that a bomb from 6,000 miles away can lay waste to an entire city. I really do hope that cooler heads prevail in this one, because everybody loses if it does not happen.

          Take care all.
