Lived with it in Saskatcewan for generations while we collected equalization.
We thought we lived in a poor province but we just had poor government.

So why didn't you leave Saskatchewan? Your argument about a brain drain holds no water at all if you yourself did not leave when so repressed. What work did you personally do to change the government for those generations, or did you just complain like posters are doing about current government?

You’re obviously not from Saskatchewan or were asleep from 1991 to 2007. Brain drain is a real thing. Sure there are people clamouring to get in here too and our country still is better than others but when conditions get poor here our highly skilled people find work elsewhere. It is the beauty of having a skill set in demand which enables you to work abroad and perhaps never come back.

As people should be able to do in a democracy. They have the right to move to a different city or state or province when opportunities arise. Or even a different country. No one is locking you in here. And for everyone that leaves there are thousands hoping to get in.

People left because there was no work because of the perception in the business community that the ndp didn’t want any business here. Maybe some of that sentiment wasn’t warranted but past experiences left a bad taste in many generations mouth. I will debate this to my dying day. The NDP and CWB did nothing but hold Saskatchewan back for generations and it will take generations to recover from that bullshit.

Bergen beat him to the punch and put a motion for a revote in 5 days I believe. All the LPC were going on a week break, now they have to come back and vote again Monday. Hopefully Singh has a sober second thought somewhere before then.

Singh won’t change. His career is on it’s lasts. He sold himself and the party out voting in step on everything liberal. Ha Ha Ha. Talk about rewriting history! Every US state applied some type of mandates after November 2020 election. US still requires proof of vaccination to fly or drive into country. The 70,000 attendees at the superbowl this year had to show proof of vaccination. The 103,000 at the Daytona 500 were required to wear masks whenever went indoors. Hawaii still has an indoor mask mandate. US health care workers at facilities that recieve federal funding must be vaccinated. US milatary personnel must be vaccinated. 14 states require all state workers to be vaccinated etc etc.

US companies have vaccination mandates. United Airlines requires employees to be vaccinated. Delta airlines does not require vaccinations but those who are not vaccinated are charged an additional $200/month in health care premiums. Tyson Foods and Nike both require vaccinations still

And as of today the rolling 7 day average daily death rate is 2034 people dying from covid every day in the US alone.

But you go and believe that that Covid ended in US in Nov 2020 and keep spreading that BS. Misinformation and ignorance about what is actually going on is why the freedom convoy began in the first place.
