But that week of free drinks in Mexico made it all worthwhile.

Cables fans and watch it all winter or sell it and let it be someone else’s problem and sleep like a baby.

        Not a hard decision.

Seen it in a 75000 bu bin. Lots of steam for a long time

nothing worse than hearing the auger lug down and looking up to see steam coming out of it.

Was it straight Cut? Saved swathing costs perhaps...

We aim for having our canola all froze by Christmas, usually knock it down to below 20 at harvest and freeze it all on the 2nd round of moving fans.

You can not treat canola like wheat.
Cables would've caught it before that stage. Not funny.

Had 5000 Bu aerated bins since 1982, Canola in them every year. Cables last 15 years. Prior to that ran fans till thermometer in top center was COOL. Never had a bad bin. Cool at harvest, UNDER 10%, usually 7-9%, , cool later, get to near zero by Nov -Dec. Even carried over couple years in 2010. Be smart, monitor. Oh ya LOVE canola!

That sketchy patch is only a 100 ft.
