          I’m sure they had been to a good tax lawyer and good account, and had planned when this sale was going to happen. Also, hopefully they have lots of kids where they could put land in their names and have tax exemptions.
          There are several ways around things. Don’t be a procrastinator. You may need to quit sooner than expected.
