simple , quebec uses a lot of propane , eastern canada also

Likely true but also remember Quebec has a Cap and Trade Agreement with California.
Latest auction was in February of 2022.
Current auction price was $29.15 per tonne.
Advance price for 2025 was $19.70.
In USD per metric tonne.
