This is what Kenney said last night in a video posted on Twitter. Unfortunately, Mr. Kenney can't be trusted at all given past flip flops but here is hoping. I am glad that the protested have stayed put at the border because that is a pressure point to ensure this happens. Will be heading into Edmonton tomorrow to join in protests there to ensure. Federal mandates of course remain a problem and Kenney could be doing much more to help in the fight against them but doesn't want to. For instance Kenney needs to tell the feds that AB will not require a quarantine after crossing borders. Vaxports to cross provincial borders are going to be a big problem in the near future and doing this by AB would help neutralize them.

Mandating ensures a percentage of push back historically. Human nature.
Government by definition isn't able to distinguish or walk a fine line.
Certain mis handlings of this event gave predictable results.
At this point, outside of bigger centers, mandates are being ignored carte blanche in Alberta anyway. Further attempts at enforcement will be farcical.

I was in both Regina hospitals today. The hospitals are empty, like a ghost town.

But I thought all the hospitals are swamped and overwhelmed, with 3000 hospital beds in the province and les than a couple hundred being treated for the flu we are being lied to!!!
