Here is a simple fact, according to the Covid isolation rules enacted by the city of Ottawa you are only required to isolate if you have a positive pcr test. Justin Trudeau is triple vaxxed and had a negative Covid test result. There is no requirement for him to isolate. This was confirmed for me in an email from a well known Ottawa reporter. Nothing Justin Trudeau ever does is based on the truth!!
