This is not about food in the stores, if this group cares about food in stores there wouldn’t be the road blockage in southern Alberta by this same group which is causing vaccinated truckers carrying food to stores both ways across the border to turn around and therefore yes there may be shortages due to this blockage and the amount of sick people at processing and every other step

This convoy has nothing to do with "losing" the federal election. (if you want to call a liberal minority a loss) It has everything to do with ending the mandates that clearly go against the charter of rights of every individual in this country. It also is exploiting the hate speech from trudeau that people opposed to the mandates endure on an almost weekly basis. It is about allowing small businesses to open just as large businesses are allowed to do.

I will approach the border blockade in southern alberta like the government has with mandates. There are other border crossings that can be used. It is the truckers choice whether they want to use the coutts crossing or other crossings into/out of the country. Yes it will cost them more money and time, but they still have that choice...just like unvaccinated have the "choice" to not be vaccinated, but in order to do anything (work, go to a restaurant, watch their child play sports or dance, etc) it costs them time and money! So you guys are crying foul about this border blockade, but it is in essence the same oppression that you are cheering on for the unvaccinated. Think about that for a second. Feeling ashamed yet? You should.

I know many people who had omicron. Most found out that they had it when taking a rapid test before going to see an older loved one. They didn't know they had it, and never showed any symptoms during their quarantine time either. So why is the country still shut down again?
