ProSoil Buys Blairs Lipton Balcarres Stations.

So after the first deal with Coop was only approved in all locations except the Lipton Location because of No Competition.

Then The Richardson Deal to buy was also turned down due to completion.

Finally, ProSoil is the new owner of Lipton/Balcarres as of Yesterday.

I think it's a good thing time will tell hopefully they keep all the same guys and things just continue as normal.

    Congratulations on the new purchase.

Farmers will be happy now they can start planning their Anhydrous for next year.

Richardson would have had to much control in the area

Coop also would have too much control.

Also, a fact the Lipton/Balcarres Anhydrous program took in double what all the other Blair stores combined in anhydrous sales.

Right now you cant buy a quarter even if you offered Half a mill. So unless they are related to the woman from Alberta I would say No.

              That wouldn't scare them.

Are South African immigrants active investors elsewhere? Lots of $$ in the area.
