So why on surveys does everyone want to know how much a farmer has in storage?
What is the best answer?
Zero.
Or a million liters?
What is their angle here..
With the earlier harvest, all the crop regrowth and some rain to get weeds growing many guys used up glypho they had on hand and were hoping to have to use in 2022.
But now most guys I talk to have bought enough to cover through 2022 and some into 2023.
Covid, shipping issues, and china slowing manufacturing to reduce pollution ahead of the olympics has many guys buying a bit extra of anything they do not want to run short of in season!!!
So I think demand for glypho through till fall 2022 will be below normal.
If it stays dry in much of western Canada and with all the fall spraying that was done there may not be the need for as heavy of rates in spring 2022????
