      Is that a rhetorical question?

Or did you have a punchline to follow up later?

No punchline. It just seems this is a long time to go through a pandemic and other issues without a government sitting.

Do they need that much time off?

"Not working" is not even close to describing the current state of functionality of our governments.

The elected ones are merely shameful puppets of the evil, runaway, completely unaccountable bureaucracy and puppet masters that yank their strings from the shadowy background.

The people are being led down a destructive path - economic, energy, health-wise, social structures - that will eventually lead to such a backlash that will confound, overwhelm and in all probability destroy the elites who are profiteering from the pain of the common people.

"The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice." Eventually. Otherwise humanity would not survive the malignant forces that seek to devour it.

May I put this WSJ piece here? (if you don't have a subscription, the 3 minute audio gives a fair insight into the theme.)

"The Tyranny of the 21st-Century Crowd
Mobs that form from the bottom up may prove even harder to defeat than totalitarian regimes."

May as well let them sit at home for all they do
Our western MPs say nothing about anything
Whether it’s the drought or anything else.
Just sit on committees and go get drunk with the
Opposition and play with the interns. Sorry but it’s
              What I see.

Local MLA will not return e mails anymore.
Asked about getting our highway ditch cut, his response was Don't tell me my job...
Ditch has 10 ft trees in it..
You should notice even at 100 kms/ hr.
Time to remove the shit..and I don't mean the trees..

Be thankful our PM is a lazy entitled idiot. Imagine the damage he could do if he had the work ethic Harper did.

I am happy when he is in Tofino or stuck in his cottage. Less damage done.

Exactly. Government can do harm, or they can stay out of the way.

I heard Randy Hoback on Gormley this morning and it sounds like he is on Saskfarmers payroll working hard to get the border opened up. Hopefully Randy's hard work pays off.
