    Arbourg oats

    Anyone growing them?
    We are getting 25-30 gms/half liter more on test weight than Camden
    Big deal this year!

      We are growing them but have not got into them yet. Last year they were good for weight. Seem like a decent oat but will grow tall if moisture conditions are good

          We did last year and they were taller than Camden/Morgan’s. That’s the only reason we didn’t put them back in the drill this year.

          Seem like a good oat though.

              Yes ours were 4-5 inches taller also last year and heavier last year also
              Extra height was good this year , some only made 8-10” high
              Last year Camden were 150 BPA , arbourg 164 BPA
              That extra straw sure not good on normal years
