    any body here of grain companies are not going to pay any protein premium over 13.5 for hrs wheat

    That would not surprise me this year, I think most HRSW will be well over 13.5.

      Asked today if they've seen any samples,,, one wheat, it was 15.8 pro, 63lbs, but even so, it had "drought stressed" kernels. Not sure if that meant thin kernels or perhaps wrinkled bran, like frost?

          Won’t take long this year
          While selling (severe sprouted “feed” wheat from 2019) this year for #1 high protein , for $9.80 , I asked buyer where sprouts went
          He just laughed and said it’s all good

            Yes we can leave some in the bin but have a contract that needs to be filled, and will be delivering wheat with 16+ protein. Will be getting ripped off again.
