When Elections Canada makes mail-in voting easier that will add more votes.

So interestingly enough the Quebec gov has put in
About 40% of the cost to this program. The feds
Will contribute about 60%. The money can be used
By the province without limitations in other words
How they please.
So…………….I d say you have a smart group in Quebec
