Riders fans coming to Manitoba will need proof of vaccination, if its even possible that they can get a document that the Manitoba government will accept. Vaccine Apartheid is here and Manitoba seems intent on building a wall between itself and other provinces. We'll see how long this system lasts until it collapses in chaos.
And if you're coming to Manitoba, bring a mask. That's still in effect.
