This summer puts the pecking order back into whats number 1, seeding depth, fertilizer placement, seeding rate, fertilizer rate, chemicals applied and on it goes, still very important but the right amount of rain still carries the big stick and probably always will.
Someday a stoned senior bureaucrat in Ottawa will have a epiphany moment while watching cartoons at work and start taxing rain if your income depends on it. If it doesn't rain that means I burnt too much carbon fuel causing global everything, therefore more tax on fuel so it'll rain more, very circular . . . . . Ottawa logic.
