You just need to think like Chuck does. You can still charge your Tesla with stationary wind turbines and dark solar panels. You just need a lot of yet to be invented unimaginably expensive ( but touted as cheaper than coal) battery storage, manufactured in countries with no environmental or labour laws, using quantities of unobtainium in excess of all the worlds known supplies, mined with an ecological footprint that makes the oil sands look like a city park, while providing good job opportunities (with union benefits of course) for poor African children, all done using other peoples money, and repeated repeatedly when they fail to live up to their expected lifespans or usefulness. Then bury all the toxic non recylable components in a landfill while pointing a finger at oil and gas while they pay to reclaim wellsites to prime farmland and forest.

Alternately, you could discharge the Tesla into the grid, use it to power the wind turbines, since they can't sit stationary without wrecking the bearings anyways, and create enough wind from the first row of turbines to turn the subsequent rows, then use the power generated by the next rows to recharge the Tesla, and viola, we have just created the worlds first perpetual motion machine, without even violating all of the laws of thermodynamics( almost).

I am assuming that the sarcasm tag is not required here, but given the intelligence level and gullibility of some of the true believers, I probably should note that all of the above is sarcastic.

Went past Travers couple days ago definitely Wind towers not turning ...wondering why building a couple new roads so chuck 2 info was good for something.
