Its going to go from plus 30 for 2 days to freezing overnight for the next two.

Rain forecast has turned to a dusting of snow. Guys have wheat seeded Apr 25th around here. Finally decided to poke its head out after all those -10 nights. Now gets a good shot of cold and some freezing precip.

Dry enough that it appears that the weeds are getting past the ppi application of Marksman on the corn.

We had about 1mm yesterday, just enough to dampen the surface down about 1/2".

We planted into moisture and the corn was up in 6 days.

We have 15-20mm forecast for tonight and another 20-25mm for tomorrow, we will see how right they are. Going to seed a few pot holes this morning if that doesn’t bring rain I don’t know what else would. Good luck to everyone on the next rain lottery.

You gotta do what you gotta do - so hot these days that my wife feeds her hens ice chips so the eggs don't come out hard boiled...

One hour north of regina no rain , had around three inches of wet snow, didnt even stop the guys still seeding..Sure counting on this forecast, without it canola wont germinate.
