Bill C-10 the hill to die on

A little bit of back flipping here, but watch for them to sneak it into an omnibus bill!

Bill C-10 An Act To Amend The Broadcasting Act proposes to regulate internet video streaming services. It gives an extraordinary amount of power to the CRTC to regulate the internet with no clear guidelines. 58% of Canadians are opposed to restricted access to the internet and social media. Opposition was as high as 63% in BC, 61% in Alberta and 63% in Atlantic Canada.

And now for THE MINISTRY OF TRUTH

The original bill had exemptions to protect the freedoms of Canadians posting their content online. Just the other day Minister Guilbeault ordered the section removed and considers granting himself the power to remove internet content deemed objectionable. He is now granting CRTC the authority to control what Canadians post online. He also believes that regulations should target "the damaging effects of harmful content" that ridicules or diminishes politicians and public institutions.

The tower climber/ex-con can be reached here - 819-997-7788

        Or here - hon.steven.guilbeault@canada.ca

It wouldn't hurt to repeat the request for his immediate resignation.

Maybe he wants to scrub the internet of stories like this -

This is the depth of the average Trudeau cabinet minister.

I wonder if it has occurred to him that we need regulations to control the self inflicted activities which ridicule and diminish politicians and public institutions. Activities such as this proposal for example.

Another little tyrant from Quebec with a “great idea”.
No one will be allowed to criticize the Turd Reich.

Just imagine, if this succeeds, Agriville could be all Chuck, all the time.
That would do wonders for the number of views, and advertising revenue.
His audience of one would also be a huge boost for the effectiveness of spreading the propaganda.
I almost think that allowing a variety of opinions might be more effective.

If this goes through it will be the end of sites like this.

                    You will need Canadian Content.

                    **** Trudeau should work.

Oh, wait no it won't because it will offend someone and the CRC will come down with a fine or slap your hand or whatever because you hurt Chairman Trudeau.

This is the most draconian thing they could ever come up with.

your own farm Utube channel would need Canadian Content ok your Canadian but hey show your flower bed or orange trees in Florida and I'm not sure.

This is sick censorship so that all we will be left with is Chuck and the CBC.
