    Vaccinated, travelled and then reinfected with double variant from India.

    We have some real geniuses in this country who wont close down the airports and are importing cases and variants. Instead we all have to lock down for this incompetence.

              Trudeau allowed 6 plane loads from India come in....using the excuse of "the most stringent rules for entering Canada"

              So how do the cases of variants keep showing up.

              BTW India had the most cases in one day ...300000 plus...and we let people fly in from that country...

                  Don't worry the variants are part of the conspiracy. Don't wear your mask and don't get vaccinated. You will be fine.

                  Imo our travel restrictions have been sorely lax and ineffective. The US border and air flights could have had more effective restrictions.

                  But many posters don't want any restrictions at all so why are you complaining when the restrictions are inadequate?

                  Lots of people i heard went on ski holidays to Alberta and BC in the last few weeks. And some are already booking their winter holidays as if the variants will go away quickly.

                  In a pandemic some people think its always somebody else who caused the problem and is at fault.

                          Well Chuck2 is wasn’t very long ago you were blaming Conservative Premier’s for not locking everybody down as the reason for Covid cases going up. So now we have this variant from India found in Quebec and B.C! Hmmm NDP Premier in B.C. and a Coalition Avenir Quebec Premier in Quebec. Person in Quebec was vaccinated and still got the variant. So who do you blame now?! I know who is at fault, do you?!

                                  Trudeau has a tricky problem on his hands. Those variants landed in big liberal ridings with immigrant populations. Does he shut the airports to stop a 4th wave eventually shutting down Toronto or Montreal, or does he keep the travel open so these people dont lose their links to their homelands.

                                      The variants keep coming to Canada if they keep letting people in...

                                      There is probably a Canadian variant but there never be a Quebec variant...thought for the day.
