      Why are cities designed around cars? Did you ever ask yourself that?

      Because they are designed around downtown cores that some retard thought it was a good idea to try and stuff 500,000 people into cube farms for 8 hrs a day.

      The car has nothing to do with it.

      Instead of bike paths we should be installing fiber across the entire country so we dont have to do that anymore. The ability to work remotely has been available for 20 yrs.

        Lots of jobs can't be done from home. But those that can be done from home will free up streets and office space.

        Technology is changing the way we live and work. And it will also change where we live and work and how we get around.

        I don't know anyone who wants to be stuck in traffic for long commutes. But that is "normal" in many big cities. Big cities need less cars and traffic not more!
